Mia Gjerdrum Helgesen works at her Studio in Asker, Norway. She opened Atelier M in May -06 and had her opening exebition celebrating. Mia is very well educated with previous background from the Westerdals College of Communication, Honor classes at the Academy of Art in San Fransisco and a Master degree from the National Academy of the Arts in Oslo. She have sucsessfully completed exebitions at Norwegian galleries and attended a exebition at a New York gallery Nov -06.

The October -06 issue of the New York ArtisSpectrum Magazine has a dobble page art review of some of Mias paintings exposed five paintings. The internasjonal Art Journal Gallery & Studio  printed a review of the painting "Central park" in Feb -07
